Proposed Deed Restriction Revision (updated)

After we shared the first draft of the proposed deed restriction revision, there was quite a bit of feedback via Facebook, email, and in person discussions from many property owners who wanted to share their perspectives on the proposal. The board took that feedback and were able to make many positive adjustments while keeping the spirit and ideas of the original Deed Restriction Revision Committee volunteers. Here is the updated version of the revision that further aligns with the desires of the community and property owners of Royal Trails. The next step will be a vote by ballot for every property owner, and a 66% positive response is required for it to pass.
