POA Gate Access (Community Center, Lake, Common Properties)
In order to increase the accessibility and management of the POA common properties, we have installed combo locks at the gates for access. This allows us to easily provide access to the POA membership and not require finding and managing keys. It also allows us to update the combination on a regular cycle. The combination are available on the RTPOA Owner Portal or via request to the board ([email protected]).
