The Board of Directors Meeting scheduled for September 9th was cancelled due to Hurricane Irma. The next meeting will be Saturday, December 9th - Noon- residents may submit an item to be added to the agenda. They must be received, 30 days prior to the meeting, in writing to the Board of Directors.
Due to a damaged lock at the gate to the lake we have a new key for the gate. Please call 352-483-2740 to get a new key. The ramp is flooded now and cannot be used.
If you see Berry Pickers in our neighborhood call the Lake County Sheriff at 352-343-2101. If they have a vehicle get the Tag Number.
