There has been some problems with a mother bear and her two cubs, trying to get into peoples houses. They were sited on Tulip.

Just a reminder to please return your ballot to the assocation by Noon on June 10th. You many bring it to the meeting.  Even if you don't want to vote for anyone a blank ballot still counts. We need to make our 25% quorum in order to have a valid election.
